Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery.

Shipping Times

Ready to Ship Items

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment for U.S. orders. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Pre Order Items

• Pre order items are produced after your purchase and typically require 4–5 weeks for production before shipment.

• During periods of high demand or unforeseen production delays, fulfillment may take an additional 1–2 weeks.

Estimated fulfillment times for individual products may also be listed within the product description.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
